Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Ruhe, die Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen, die Sicherheit des Platzes und die Hundefreundlichkeit unseres Campingplatzes gefallen haben. Sie haben recht – einige Stromanschlüsse liegen etwas weiter entfernt, je nach Stellplatz. Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen daher, ein längeres Verlängerungskabel mitzubringen, um den nächstgelegenen Stromanschluss bequem erreichen zu können. Hello, Thank you very much for your loyalty, for your kind compliments, and for your warm welcome to Cathy and myself – it means a lot to us. We are delighted that you enjoyed the shade of the trees, the pool, the sanitary facilities, the paella evening, and the friendliness of our team. We have taken good note of your remarks. Some of the issues you mentioned are linked to the transition period with our recent arrival in the management. Improvements are already underway: for example, the drying area at Sanitary Block B has now been fully cleared, and the general maintenance is gradually being taken back under control. By 2026, we are confident the campsite will be impeccable throughout the season. As for Sanitary Block B, it is open 24/7, except during the daily cleaning. The timing may vary slightly depending on the progress of our cleaning staff in the morning. Regarding WiFi, we are aware of this inconvenience and will try to improve coverage in the future, although it also depends on the external network outside the campsite. Finally, concerning hedge trimming, it is important to note that in France this is not permitted from July to mid/late August. Moreover, the campsite is not only a place for people but also a living environment for birds, insects, and the ecosystem. We therefore wish to preserve its natural and authentic character, while finding the right balance between nature and controlled maintenance. Bonjour Monsieur, Un grand merci pour votre excellent retour et vos très belles notes ! Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil, la propreté des sanitaires ainsi que la qualité de votre emplacement. Nous comprenons votre remarque concernant le ramassage des poubelles ce lundi de Pâques. Malheureusement, ces interventions dépendent des services extérieurs au camping, mais nous restons attentifs à ce type de désagrément afin de préserver au mieux la tranquillité de nos vacanciers. Hallo Nicole, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Meinung zu teilen. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie den Eindruck hatten, die Sanitäranlagen seien nicht gereinigt worden. Auch in der letzten Woche der Saison ist unser Reinigungspersonal täglich im Einsatz und sorgt für die regelmäßige Pflege aller Sanitärbereiche. Sollte es während Ihres Aufenthalts ein Problem gegeben haben – wie zum Beispiel den Wasserdruck in den Duschen – zögern Sie bitte nicht, uns an der Rezeption Bescheid zu geben. Wir hätten selbstverständlich sofort reagiert, um Unannehmlichkeiten zu vermeiden. Wir hoffen, dass Sie dennoch schöne Erinnerungen an Ihren Aufenthalt auf Camping Le Brégoux behalten und würden uns freuen, Sie in Zukunft wieder begrüßen zu dürfen. Hallo Rémy, Hartelijk dank voor uw positieve beoordeling . We zijn blij dat u tevreden was over onze schaduwrijke en ruime staanplaatsen, de netheid van onze sanitaire voorzieningen en de faciliteiten voor campers. Wat de tarieven betreft, deze variëren naargelang het seizoen. Vanaf 1 oktober, de datum waarop het zwembad sluit, geldt het laagste tarief. We hopen u graag opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen!
