Le calme et la localisation du camping : très prêt du bourg.

Chère Madame Herviou, Nous vous remercions infiniment d'avoir partagé votre expérience et pour cette note exceptionnelle et parfaite de 10/10 sur tous les critères, suite à votre séjour en Mobil-home Azur 24m² en famille cet automne ! C'est la plus belle des récompenses pour toute notre équipe. Nous sommes enchantés que vous ayez trouvé le mobil-home confortable et que vous ayez apprécié le calme ainsi que la localisation idéale de notre camping, très proche du bourg. Cependant, malgré votre note de 10/10, nous tenons à vous présenter nos excuses les plus sincères concernant le problème technique rencontré : Fenêtre cassée dans la chambre des enfants : Nous sommes profondément désolés de ce désagrément, surtout en automne où l'air frais a pu circuler excessivement, affectant le confort de vos enfants. Bien que nous fassions des vérifications régulières, il est clair que cette défaillance nous a échappé. Nous avons immédiatement transmis cette information à notre équipe de maintenance afin que la fenêtre soit réparée ou remplacée dans les plus brefs délais pour garantir le confort et l'isolation de cet hébergement. Votre satisfaction est notre priorité absolue, et même avec un score parfait, votre retour nous permet d'identifier et de corriger ce type de problème immédiatement. Choisit pour quelques jours au vacances d automne, le camping, bien équipé avec une équipe bienveillante et accueillante et bien situé.

Pas de petit bar d ouvert a cette période de l'année ..

Concernant le bar/restaurant : Bar/Restauration (Hors Saison) : Nous comprenons votre regret de ne pas avoir trouvé de bar ouvert à cette période de l'année. En effet, en raison de la faible fréquentation en basse saison, nos services de restauration et bar sur place sont fermés. Nous rappelons toutefois que vous pouvez trouver des bars et restaurants ouverts à seulement 400 mètres au village de Giens.
