At the foot of the Massif de l'Esterel and bordered by the River Agay, our Camping Tikayan la Vallée du Paradis welcomes you in a mobile home in a family setting 600 metres from the sea. Our water park of 550m2, with slides, a 40-metre river with current and massage jets, will delight your children. Our 100m² heated "wild river" will appeal to young and old. We offer you many other leisure activities such as a fitness room, kayak rentals, a children's playground, a pétanque court. Motorboat owners have the possibility to moor on the river and reach the sea by boat directly from the campsite. In July-August, our entertainers will offer entertainment for children, sports tournaments for teenagers and adults, and evening entertainment.

Bien place dans le camping au calme sans trop de vis a vis.
Piscine sympa notamment la riviere.
Reactivite des techniciens.
Equipe accueil et animation sympa
Gde piscine trop froide.
Vetuste du mobilhome qui est laisse en l'etat alors que des pbs pourraient etre resolus rapidement.
Restaurant rattache au camping en fin de saison qui a un choix tres limite en plats el le dit ouvertement. Qualite moyenne des produits proposes.

Mobil home dégradé aucun entretien fait. Ménage non fait toile d'araignée dans séjour et salle de bain. porte du frigo et micro onde table de séjour avec des traces de doigts grasses balai non passé poils et cheveux sur les alèses des lits. Aucun entretien des espaces verts. Ce camping ne mérite pas ses étoiles. Chek in expédié on nous a remis une enveloppe avec les clés le plan et les bracelets fermeture de l'accueil très tôt impossible de poser la moindre question à l'arrivée.

Formal complaint and Request for refund
Review of the campsite
There was nothing positive about our stay at this camping. We have tried multiple times to get in touch with the manager, reception and headquarters, but nobody responded to our emails.
We send an email to explain our complaint to reclamation@tikayan.com , but nobody responded. Then we forwarded the email to the reception, vallee@tikayan.com, and to the manager, elysa.collignon@tikayan.com , but again there was no response. The emails were send on 29 August & 31 August.
My client code is IND334295, Nr dossier is 2026-5970. We payed to stay at the camping from 26 August 2026 untill 03 September 2026. We left the camping already on 28 August, because it was a really bad situation. We request to be compensated for the remaining total of 316.44 EUR
Accommodation review -
The campsite was awfull and unsafe. We were placed at the end of the camping. Behind this part of the camping are two roads. The wall of the camping is so low that anyone from the outside can enter the campsite. This resulted in a very unsafe feeling and not being able to leave anything near our tent. There are also no camera's placed to give a feeling of safety.
The facilities were in a very bad state. They were not cleaned and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in several weeks.
The service of the reception was very bad. We were not treated well and felt very disrespected. Not only by the reception, but also by the manager and the entire organization.
We have tried to speak to the manager for multiple days at the campsite, but everytime she was not around. How is this possible in the high season? We have lost 2 of our vacation days by waiting for a chance to speak with the manager.
Please take our complaint seriously and contact me back. We feel very disrespected and would not recommend this camping to anyone at all.
