The pool is great and the lazy river a good addition, the pitches have water , waste and electricity to each one,

Find out what the horrible banging noise that goes on pretty much every day until 19.00 , a security guard just going around site late at night to stop the idiots from partying until after 3 am

Bonjour David, Merci d’avoir souligné les qualités de notre parc aquatique, notamment sa rivière de nage, ainsi que la connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et les équipements de nos emplacements. Nous sommes en revanche désolés que des nuisances sonores aient perturbé votre séjour. Notre règlement impose le calme dès 22h et un gardien effectue des rondes nocturnes. Il peut également être contacté à toute heure pour intervenir auprès des vacanciers qui ne respectent pas la tranquillité de leurs voisins. Concernant la superficie de votre emplacement, nous prenons note de votre remarque sur la différence entre la surface souhaitée et celle dont vous avez disposé. Ce point mérite d’être vérifié au regard de votre réservation. Nous espérons que vous avez malgré tout pu profiter de notre espace aquatique et de votre séjour à La Baule.
