Booked this campsite after an excellent stay at the Sandaya Le Littoral, Unfortunately this site did not live up to our expectations.
Sanitary blocks were not kept clean! (only used a spray and a cloth on the toilets) Dirty floors and cobwebs everywhere. Also not heated despite cold weather.
Outdoor swimming pool looked good but was to cold to swim in. Indoor pool was warm but had no changing rooms in case of bad weather.

Die Lage
Toilette muss öfter und auch gründlich geputzt werden, dazu gehört auch das Nachfüllen des Toilettenpapiers
Restaurant Mitarbeiter sitzen rauchend und Kaffee trinkend auf der Terrasse während diese völlig verdreckt ist. Im Restaurant mussten wir 2 x die schmutzigen Gläser monieren, ehe wir dann beim 3 x endlich saubere Gläser bekamen. Das Besteck sollten wir nach der Fischvorspeise auch für das Fleisch behalten und bekamen nur auf Intervention frisches Besteck zum Hauptgericht auf den Tisch "geknallt". Auch hier war da WC mitsamt den Rohren seit langer Zeit nicht geputzt.

Service, z.B Fahrradpläne, auf das Bedienungspersonal achten ,die mit Plastik Fingernägeln natürlich keine Gläser nach der Spülmaschine nachtrocknen wollen und die lieber ihre eigenen Gäste sind als zu bedienen

Ich kann keine Auskunft erteilen, da s der Urlaub nicht angetreten wurde…
Wir haben den Kundenservice mehrfach mit der Bitte kontaktiert, den Buchungstermin zu verändern, da wir kurzfristig unsere Urlaubsplanung um zwei Tage verschieben mussten; wir haben trotz mehrfacher telefonischer Rückfragen bis heute keine Antwort auf unsere Anfrage erhalten und die Reservierungsgebühr für fehlende Leistungen Ihrerseits bezahlt.
Ich erwarte eine umgehende Stellungnahme und keine Hinweise auf irgendwelche AGBs…

Mooi camping met prima faciliteiten, maar helaas was onze aangewezen plek zeer slecht.
Zand, blubber met diepere regengoten erin. Zeer oneffen. Geen gras om je voortent op te zetten. Door de vele bomen een donkere plaats, totaal geen zon.
Helaas.
Beter onderhoud voor de kampeerplekken.

Om nog een keer terug te gaan!

Het zwembad vonden we mooi, ruim en met voor iedereen wat.
Veel ligstoelen en parasols, vriendelijke badmeester ( en juf ).
Fijne caravan ingericht in mooie kleuren. Winkel was veel open en bood een heel ruim assortiment. VVV met bibliotheekje vrij toegankelijk.
Misschien wat afscheiding in het restaurant tussen het bar-gedeelte en het restaurant, maar noodzakelijk is dat niet.

Moderne inrichting, zoals rustige kleuren van muren en vloertegels, hoge eettafel maakt het wat ruimtelijke. Fijne badkamer, goede zonwerende gordijnen. Complete inrichting
De ligstoelen waren onderaan de zitting uitgescheurd, ik durfde er niet in te zitten.

Camping agréable, tout y est, resto, épicerie, activités…
La piscine, on était souvent sur le sol.
Beaucoup de vacanciers mettent leur serviette sur un transat le matin pour toute la journée.
Pour un 5 étoiles il doit y avoir une discipline… le staff doit retirer et plier les serviettes quand un transat est vide au déjà d’un certain temps…
De l’espace avec les 2 salles de bain.
Et une terrasse spacieuse.
Les espaces verts autour du mobilhome, non entretenus.
Et beaucoup de vis à vis avec les voisins pour un premium j’attendais mieux.

taille idéale pour promenade avec un chien. beaucoup d'espace pour nos amis les chiens. restauration du resto excellent ... je recommande le tataki de thon
personnel accueil jeune peu d'expérience. pas assez de chaises longues autour de la piscine pour tout le monde donc la galère . le personnel laissait les personnes mettre des serviettes sur les chaises pour les garder toute la journée sans y être. on a du rester assis au sol les premiers jours

Een mooi zwembad, een fijn speelveld voor de kinderen, volledig winkeltje met lekker brood, mooie badkamer in de accommodatie
Het is geen camping maar een bungalowpark met een paar verdwaalde kampeerplaatsen. Verkeerde marketing: geen
Idyllische wellness camping, maar een gezins-bungalowpark waar het krioelt van de kinderen (ook de mijne). Alles kost geld, echt alles (skelters, mini golf, tennis etc.). Voor belachelijk veel geld een accommodatie met amper opbergruimte of planken, en een picknickbank (want tafel + stoelen = duurdere accommodatie). Geen echte kampeerders, maar vooral yuppen die per ongeluk kinderen hebben gekregen.
Je moet er van houden, het was niet echt ons ding
