A few kilometers from Livorno and from the nearest beaches of Marina di Castagneto,is the Camping Le Pianacce and behind him, the village of Castagneto Carducci watching him as a quiet giant. Camping Le Pianacce is surrounded by green, perfect for a family holiday with friends, with children. For those who love sports will find a _percorso vitae_, mini golf and many, many paths to go for long bike rides or walks. For those who love history and a cultural holiday by car you can reach Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Livorno, Florence, Bolgheri, San Vincenzo and many other famous destinations to be discovered. For those who love the culinary tradition of Tuscan wine and not far away there is plenty of choice between oil mills and wine cellars where you can taste excellent wines and olive oil. In the central area of camping Le Pianacce there is a well equipped mini market with fresh products, a bar, restaurant and pizzeria with a terrace where you can eat starring a beautiful view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and two beautiful swimming pools, one for adults ( also heated) and one for children; there is also the SprayPark with water games For children there is a playground called DuccioLand where they can play and have fun safely under the eyes of their parents or our Staff of animation. You and your family can stay in the beautiful mobile homes equipped with every comfort, all with air conditioning, bed linen, kitchenware, bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower, veranda with wooden roof with garden furniture for outdoor dining in complete privacy and tranquility, parking near the mobile home.

Schattiger Platz mit Terrassen

Buchung ist persönlich nicht mehr möglich, daher auch keine Platzwahl. Platz evtl. zu klein.

Review of the campsite

Der Platz liegt in einem bewaldeten Hang. Unser "Container" war nagelneu, Bj 2025, nahe des Minimarkets und des Pools und damit war alles super für uns zu erreichen. Wenn man weiter oben am Hang wohnt ist schon der Gang zum Pool bzw zurück eine kleine Sporteinheit. Manche Stell-/Wohnplätze haben einen schönen Blick in die Ebene bis zum Meer. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, vor allem die Animateure. Der Kinderspielplatz wird oder wurde gerade erneuert und genügte für unsere Kleinste. Für E-Auto-Fahrer gibt es Ladepunkte auf dem Parkplatz im Campingareal.

Der Mobilfunkempfang war nicht so toll, dafür kann aber natürlich der Platz nichts. Leider litt auch da WLAN unter Überlastung da der Platz in der Pfingstferienwoche recht voll war. Das Wasser im Kleinkinder-Pool war leider entgegen unserer Erwartung nicht beheizt, im Hauptpool hatte es Wohlfühltemperatur. Das Restaurant auf dem Platz könnte noch ein paar Pasta-Variante in die Speisekarte nehmen, Spaghetti Carbonara beispielsweise.
