Very quiet.
Although reception closed, my phones call answered and only had to wait 20 mins to check in . Given token fir washing machine without charge
Regular cleaning of toilet block and emptying of bin . We didn’t use the bin at all but it was full when we arrived and not emptied for 3 days .reception and bar closed as so few people there.

no grass on the pitch, pitch was advertised as having a grey water connection, but no pitches in the camping had that, I believe.

Camping très ombragé, dans la nature, super espace aquatique et bon service de bar restauration
Pas de retour ni positif ni négatif sur l'état des lieux fait après mon départ anticipé et sans ma présence
Bonne superficie intérieure et de la parcelle permettant le jeu des enfants en extérieur, très ombragé, bonne disposition des chalets et mobile home alentours pour éviter le vis-à-vis.
Literie très inconfortable, le matelas déjà pas très épais est tassé ce qui fait que les lattes se ressentent et sommier déformé vers le centre du lit.
Lits superposés inconfortables du fait de l'absence de sommier remplacé par une planche.

Très grand emplacement en bordure d'un champ de mais, Parfait pour nous et les petits enfants
Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympa et le camping est hyper agréable pour se ressourcer.
Je recommande . Nous étions en caravane avec un énorme emplacement ombragé.. piscine et animation très sympa .
Pas de restauration le midi, nous sommes arrivés avec une heure d'avance en pensant pouvoir se restaurer ... Mais il n'y avait rien .
Auch accessible a 10 minutes en voiture .

Bel espace aquatique, propre, camping au calme, équipe sympa, nombreuses animations, très bien mangé à la soirée Comme à Marsan et pizzas/burgers
Sentiment que les sanitaires du haut sont délaissés niveau entretien, par rapport aux grands sanitaires du bas, toujours propres

Emplacement très ombragé, plat, sardines faciles à planter

L'espace aquatique était très bien en tout cas suffisant pour nous.
L'emplacement tente était bien ombragé donc avec ces chaleurs c'était très bien
Le calme du camping
Il manque une épicerie signé de ce nom.
Il y a un petit dépannage mais vraiment pas grand chose pas de frais par exemple

Emplacement spacieux et proximité sanitaire
Apres une demande de renseignements a l accueil par la dame qui s occupe des animations j ai eu l impression de la déranger fortement ensuite j ai demander si cela etais possible de profiter de la piscine après avoir rendu l emplacement en me stationnement sur le parking on ma répondu que c etais exceptionnelle et pas plus d une heure alors que nous voulions profiter au maximum et même manger au snack a 14 heure mais nous devions quitter les lieux a 13 heure.. je trouve vraiment dommage . La gérante cependant est au top mais nous avons etais relativement déçu

Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'ombre des arbres, évidement la piscine.
Une partie épicerie plus fournie (bien qu'il y ait un Vival dans le village mais pas tout le temps ouvert)

entretien espace vert, entretien autour de la piscine, poubelles dans le camping, Ce camping ne devrait pas etre en 4 étoiles, il a beaucoup vielli et manque d'entretien. Rénovation de nombreux espaces nécéssaires. Le prix n'est pas en rapport avec la qualité proposéé

Nous sommes en revanche surpris par vos remarques concernant l'entretien des espaces verts et de la piscine. Ces derniers font l'objet d'un entretien quotidien par nos équipes afin de garantir un cadre agréable et une eau de baignade conforme aux normes sanitaires. Nous regrettons donc que votre perception ait été différente.
Concernant votre hébergement, nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés. Si ces problèmes nous avaient été signalés pendant votre séjour, notre équipe serait intervenue rapidement pour remplacer les transats, vérifier le réfrigérateur et mettre en place les mesures nécessaires concernant la présence d'un rongeur.
Enfin, notre camping est classé 4 étoiles selon les critères officiels d'Atout France. Depuis notre reprise, nous investissons progressivement dans la rénovation et l'amélioration du domaine afin d'offrir une expérience toujours plus qualitative, tout en conservant le charme et le caractère naturel du site.
