Communication
Review of the campsite
Mostly average
Communication. Send a email with a request - no answer. Called by phone and got an answer that I could make a reseravtion on the web-side. Thats not possible!. Send a request using "Contact us" on the web - still no answer. Called again. Now it was only possible to make a booking - and paying at once! Agreed to pay for 1 night now at the rest when we leave. Booking fee 9€ -:(
The second day the lady came and were surprised, that we still were her.
We paid at once and left the next day - pretty disapointed. All our communication had no effect!!

One night stay
Review of the campsite
We stayed for one night before our ferry and it was the perfect stopover. The spacious serviced pitch was excellent, the swimming pool was a lifesaver on a very hot day, and the snack bar served a simple but tasty menu. There's also a useful play area next to the bar, making it ideal for families. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere. A great campsite that we'd happily use again.

We won't return
Review of the campsite
After 3 sleep deprived nights we were glad to leave. Our pitch was next to the toilet/shower house. The bright lights were on all night and people were still washing dishes at 1am! The showers, swimming pool, kids games etc look pretty tired, no toilet seats or handsoap and no shade on our pitch either.
Accommodation review - Comfort Package (1 tent, caravan or motorhome / 1 car / electricity 10A)
Nothing we liked unfortunately.

Reception ladies were great lovely sized pitch easy cycling into town and surrounding areas
More showers needed and possibly be informed of summer school parties on the big camping field. 10/20 children are never going to be quiet. Spoilt the stay for us really

Would definitely visit again
Review of the campsite
Very friendly team and it was a pleasant surprise that you can order breakfast from a local bakery. As English first time travelers, we were very nervous about staying. However, everyone was so lovely and welcoming, spoke English (and had a site map available in English), and the site was perfect. We’d definitely visit again. The facilities were clean, 2 buildings made things much easier and honestly it was enough to facilitate the number of guests.
None!

Good campsite near Pont Audemer
Review of the campsite
Friendly welcome from reception staff. Our pitch was good with water and electric point closeby. We didnt use the swimming during our stay. Sanitary blocks badly need updating but they were clean. A little overpriced at 92e for 3 nights though.
Update the sanitary blocks. Only 2 ladies toilets in each block and one of these was locked all the time.

We needed somewhere to stop as near Ruone as possible in the ACSI Book. What an absolutely super site. Nice and clean friendly and helpful staff. Great little snack bar at reasonable prices. We will be back.
