Terme d'Astor is a friendly family camp-site in the Dordogne. With enough space for all, young and old, lovers of peace and those who like it lively. Our camp-site is in the middle of a beautiful nature, where you will have a lovely time doing lots, or nothing at all. Just as you wish. You will find our camp-site (17 hectare) on a plateau in wooded hills. There are 100 large pitches with lots of privacy. But you can also choose to rent one of our chalets for your next holidays.

Review of the campsite

Friendly and obliging staff. Restaurant serves good food and snacks during the day . Bar open all day all at a reasonable price. Well kept pool to enjoy. Close to scenic areas within 1 hour drive if you like that. Good value reasonably priced accommodation or camping Excellent place to stay. Entertainment every evening.

Nice site.

Review of the campsite

Really nice site, spaced out pitches. Bar and pool area are very nice. Tab system at the bar works well.

More hook up points, some a long distance from pitches, but staff sorted the problem with extension leads. One they can't solve, bugs, put your lights on at night and you're saturated with leaf hoppers, they don't bite, just everywhere.

A hidden gem in the Perigord

Review of the campsite

Very welcoming staff and a beautifully maintained site. Pitches are large and pleasant and many offer shade. At the time of my stay 50 of the JNVN (young naturists of the Netherlands 18-28) were there for their summer camp. They were camping towards the end of the site and were quiet, polite and pleasant. They organised various activities and even a meal for the entire site to which I received a personal invitation but had to decline as I was due to leave that day.

More water points would be an advantage.
