We had a great family stay during the heat wave! Aircon was bliss and the home had everything we needed. Pool was a delight every evening

Beau chalet, spacieux pour 3 personnes
Détail : Il manque quelques articles, exemple un ventilateur, une lampe de chevet dans la chambre enfants, quelques ustensiles de cuisine (un peu plus de vaisselle, ce serait sympa).
Vraiment un détail, nous buvons beaucoup de café, la cafetière était trop petite.

Camping calme, serveuses agréable au bar.
Accueil vraiment pas chaleureux, pas d'explications ni de présentations du camping, pas d'état des lieux à l'arrivée. Le gérant s'est montré très peu accueillant tout au long du séjour. Nous avons mangé une fois au restaurant et nous sommes retrouvé avec un magret surcuit après avoir demandé une cuisson à point. Les partenariats inscrits sur le document dans le mobilhome ne sont pas à jour. Pas d'état des lieux de départ car pas de personnel disponible avant 9h45 pour un départ demandé à 10h, le gérant souhaité que nous repartions sans récupérer nos chèques de caution.

Bon emplacement près des aires de jeu et de la piscine. Bon point pour l'aspirateur.
Beaucoup de poussière, aspirateur présent mais non chargé à notre arrivée, seulement 5 chaînes de TV, une connexion très très faible, baguettes qui ne tiennent plus.

Très grand chalet , il y a de l'espace par rapport à un mobile home. Bien ombrages avec les arbres , pas de vis à vis et une belle vue.
Une clim aurait été un petit plus car avec les fortes chaleurs ils fesaient parfois trop chaud.

(Personne ni peut rien )
Manque un peut d’information sur les activités ( soirée pizzas réservation ? Sur place ? A emporter ?)
Manque d’ombre à la piscine (je pense mettre des parasols plus grand )
Les consignes de sécurité de la piscine ne sont pas respectées (jeu de ballons , plongeon)
Personne extérieur du camping sont venu à la piscine (aperçu par le chemin accès pompier , poubelles )

La propreté du chalet ( je remet pas en cause les agent de nettoyage du camping )mais plutôt le propriétaire des toiles d’araignée un peu partout surtout au niveau du couchage impossible de nettoyer car le sommier est fixé sur la literie
La porte « d’entrée « un peu vétuste (un coup d’épaule et sa s’ouvre)
Le sol est très abîmé aussi on se prend les pied dedans et manque un peu d’ustensiles cuisine (1 poêle 1 casserole ),electro(bouilloire )
Petit bémol aussi sur le réseaux téléphone ( chez orange on capte pas trop même avec le wifi du camping ) mais sa personne n’y peut rien.

Vigilance concernant les propriétaires de chiens qui ne ramassent pas les déjections qui reste plusieurs jours jusque ma demande de ramassage.
Dommage la buvette de la piscine soit fermer il manquait une petite glace proche de la piscine plutôt que de tout traversé
Manque une carte cocktail digne de se nom ( mojito, classique de l'été)
Terroir pas assez représenté au resto, pas conseillé par d'autres clients , non merci la fricadelle
Hamman: pas de gants de crin ni de savon noir proposer, inutile de suer dans ce cas
Entretien piscine : odeur poissarde et ligne d'eau verte

Camping très agréable, calme parfait pour se ressourcer
La dame de l accueil très gentille
Ouverture de la buvette côté piscine serais un plus, ca éviterai aux parents de faire le goûter avec les enfants dans le mobilhome et de revenir après
Entretient de la place des boules près de l accueil, trop de feuilles, de petits cailloux et de trous, pour éviter que la boule change de trajectoire lol
Un petit pot d accueil le samedi soir serais agréable afin de savoir qui sont les gérants

Le calme, l emplacement, la climatisation
Dommage que certaines personnes ne deplace pas les meubles léger afin d y passer un coup de balais et de prendre la peine de se baisser pour faire sous les lits
J ai retrouvé un élastique à cheveux derrière le pouf, des perles dans le placard de notre chambre et des moutons sous les lits

Le papier toilette et le savon n'est pas disponible aux toilettes. Ce point est clairement le défaut.

Bien équipé et assez propre à l'arrivée . Bien rangé.

Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience au camping La Garenne. Nous avons bien noté vos suggestions. Ces commentaires constructifs nous aident à améliorer continuellement nos services pour offrir un séjour encore plus agréable. Concernant la propreté de la piscine, celle-ci est entretenu tous les jours et elle était contrôlée par l'ARS pendant votre séjour qui n'a pas relevé les problématiques sanitaires. Concernant les animations, le samedi soir il y avait un karaoké, le mardi un concert par une chanteuse et le jeudi le concours pétanque où malheureusement après une heure d'attente, personne ne s'est présenté. En journée, il y avait bien une animatrice pour les enfants. Etant dans un camping familial, nous ne désirons pas proposer plus de programme pour la quiétude des vacanciers. Nous vous souhaitons une agréable journée.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au camping la garenne. Le Mobil home était parfait, l emplacement aussi et il n y avait pas grand monde donc c était agréable.
Il manquerait éventuellement une petite pataugeoire pour les plus petits et des bancs au niveau de l aire de jeux. La buvette aussi côté piscine qui n était pas ouverte.

La disposition du mobile-home nous a permis d avoir plus d intimité. Avec les enfants c était parfait. Il y avait de l espace et tout l équipement comme à la maison!
