A great short break with amazing hospitality
Review of the campsite
Friendly staff and pleasant accommodation and facilities. The staff could communicate in French and English really well.
Any questions or suggestions were answered really well.
We were able to do all our activities even though we did not plan these until quite late. Plenty to do even at short notice.
The staff were very likeable and the instructors were fun and friendly as well.

Au calme au coeur de la nature

Camping au calme, bien entretenu et bien situé pour faire des visites alentours, beaucoup de petits villages à découvrir. Pour les adeptes des parcours Terra Aventura c'est l'idéal. Nous avons séjourné en avril et donc pas pu profiter de la base de loisirs, mais il y a pas mal d'activités sur place. Excellent accueil de la part d'Alisée et d'une autre dame dont je ne connais pas le nom, toutes deux très agréables et disponibles. Personnel réactif pour nous dépanner sur un petit problème sur notre vélo.
Rien à redire sur la période à laquelle nous y avons séjourné. Nous aurions peut-être apprécié dy trouver un dépôt de pain à l'accueil.

A good common space in the accommodation and the individual rooms and bathrooms were clean, dust-free, and very comfortable.
Felt secure and had all the facilities we needed.

Notre mobil home (G8) était très propre, spacieux et bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse couverte, et salle de bain/wc privatifs pour chacune des 2 chambres. Assez espacé des autres et bien placé pour nous qui avions demandé d'être un peu à l'écart des lieux de passage. Tout fonctionnait très bien.
Peut-être le matelas 2 personnes qui n'était pas mauvais en soi, mais nous sommes habitué à plus ferme. Sinon grande literie en 160 appréciée.

Très beau cadre entouré de verdure avec accès à un magnifique lac.
Jolis mobil homes bien espacés les uns des autres contrairement à beaucoup de campings... Les personnes à l'accueil adorables. Aux abords du Limousin beaucoup de beaux villages et d'activités nature.

Le côté nature du camping, son calme, la région, la proximité du lac.
La communication lacunaire, la propreté qui laisse à désirer, la vérification du mobil home par les équipes de nettoyage qui n'a visiblement pas été faite, les activités qui ne commencent qu'à partir du 5 juillet alors que rien n'était indiqué à ce sujet sur le site internet ! C'est pourtant ce qui nous a plu dans votre camping mais à l'arrivée nous avons été très déçus. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu de l'eau marron pendant 3 jours avec peu d'indications sur la qualité, propreté et salubrité de l'eau. Le camping n'y était certes pour rien toutefois le préjudice est bien présent !
