Goedendag meneer, allereerst hartelijk dank voor het delen van uw mening over uw verblijf. Wat betreft het toiletpapier: om hygiënische redenen verstrekken wij dit niet. Verder is de stacaravan die u had inderdaad zeer comfortabel, we zijn blij te horen dat deze u beviel!

Bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw mening te delen. We zijn blij te horen dat u ter plaatse alles heeft gevonden wat u nodig had.
Wat betreft het uitzicht vanuit uw accommodatie: het is waar dat op een camping de nabijheid van andere vakantiegangers deel uitmaakt van de ervaring, waardoor u soms uitkijkt op het terras of de caravan van uw buren.
Wat de communicatie betreft, spreekt de helft van ons team vloeiend Engels. U bent helaas terechtgekomen bij een van de weinige medewerkers die geen Engels spreekt, wat de communicatie mogelijk heeft beperkt. Aangezien onze klanten voornamelijk Frans zijn, is het mogelijk dat de sfeer meer op deze taal is gericht, maar we doen ons best om al onze bezoekers hartelijk te ontvangen.
Ten slotte zijn onze regels bedoeld om de veiligheid en het comfort van iedereen te waarborgen, ook al kan het soms lijken alsof er meer verboden dan vrijheden zijn.
We hopen dat u ondanks deze punten toch een aantal goede herinneringen aan uw verblijf zult overhouden.
