Super friendly welcome. Pitches good size and clean toliet facilities. Restaurant very good. Onsite facilities for children amazing - was tempted to try the climbing jungle myself.
Excellent location across the road from the lake. Would happily return.

The location and the quietness of the Campground was highly appreciated. the lake, the forest and proximity to Troyes presented a variety of activities.
The pitch we were on was oneven because of the split between gravel and grass. The gravel was much higher then the grass. This was a surprise as we expected a level surface. Next time we will try to book a grass pitch.

active information/ overview about attractions and things to do during the stay - especially as many things were not available any more --> better overview would help as well the surrounding enterprises and improve attractiveness in lower season

Regarding late-season tourist information, it is unfortunately difficult for us to provide an exact schedule of closures. This heavily depends on the weather as well as the water level of the lake, which was particularly low from late August this year due to the dry conditions, impacting some water activities. Staff incredibly helpful. Very clean facilities. The swimming pool looked lovely although we didn’t go in, Bar and restaurant staff were very good. Toilet and Showers were very clean.
Maybe attention to the young children racing around quite fast on adult electric bikes.

This was a one night stop over on our journey South. Great facilities from onsite store; pools; wide range of childrens [& adult] outdoor games and cafe.
The wash block had all you need. Would certainly consider a longer stay to explore the region in the future.

Qe had a caravan/motorhome pitch with fresh and waste water. Trees and bushes provide most pitches with boundaries and some privacy.

The mobile home was nice and clean and well equipped. So was the shop and the pool area was well maintained
Our hot tub did not work for 24 hours and so made the expense not worth it. We came to reception twice to report it. The electrician said it was working and the alternative was to have a dirty hot tub - he was very rude. By the time he left, it was on and started working.
We were also turned away from the bar despite there being plenty of empty tables as the bar man said they were full.

Regarding the hot tub, we regret the delay in resolving the issue as well as the lack of diplomacy from our technician. We are addressing this directly with our team to reinforce the importance of respectful communication at all times. As for the bar, table management takes into account overall kitchen and counter service capacity, though this should have been explained to you more clearly.
We take your comments very seriously as we work to address these issues in our service and organization.

The staff are very helpful. We used the restaurant twice & enjoyed the great food & staff service. We got the pitch we had booked & overall enjoyed our 3 night stay.
Our pitch was closer to the new shower block. Went to use the male showers & there’s only 3. But 1 was locked & couldn’t be used so needed to wait a long time for one of the 2 showers to be available. Found the shower cubicle very small so wasn’t a great experience. So next time went to the other shower facilities & they are much better. The new block is badly designed & not very good.

Maybe put a little more gravel on some of the pitches as most were bone dry but puts had a big brown/clay puddle in the middle of it!
