Great place, beautiful area, friendly staff, clean & tidy.

Review of the campsite

location is perfect views are awesome, the water in the lake is clear, lovely little beach, children friendly, staff are very welcoming and helpful.

I would suggest more items in the shop would be useful & a Ice machine or bags of Ice would be great I'm sure lots of visitors would appreciate it especially in the heat of the summer.

Great campsite

Review of the campsite

The restaurant has improved hugely. The menu is simple but the food is good. Staff are friendly and efficient. Toilets and showers were the cleanest they have ever been.

Disappointed that showers and individual bathrooms at the area near the restaurant were closed off. We liked using these on previous stays. There need to be more showers as females often have to queue as teenage girls spend a long time in the shower cubicle not showering but doing makeup and hair!
